Construction of Training in Engineering and Innovative Ability of Students Polytechnic Universities

The training of innovative ability of students in engineering and polytechnic universities should be carried out based on the concept of people oriented. So a rounded system is advised to be formed as follows. First, it＇s the basic level to deepen educational reform in the first class. Second, it＇s the developing level to rich the cultural life on campus in the second class. Last, it＇s the supporting level that innovative education motivate students＇ innovative ability.
