| 摘 要： | 高校育人软环境主要体现在校风、教风和学风三个方面。三者之间相辅相成,相互促进。创建良好的育人软环境既是新时期高校落实科学发展观的要求,也是构建和谐校园的重要内容。高校只有以开展卓有实效的三风建设,才能保证不断提高自己的竞争力和影响力,为社会培养德才兼备的优秀人才。

| Abstract: | Soft environment in university education were mainly reflected in three areas： the style of ethos,teaching style and the style of study,which were complementary and mutually reinforcing.Creating a good educational environment in Colleges and Universities is the requirement of implementing the scientific development concept as well as an important part of building a harmonious campus.Only atmosphere construction was carried out in colleges and universities,can we ensure constantly to improve their competitiveness and influence to cultivate talents in both ability and integrity. |
