论普通高校社科学报的特色栏目建设

作为我国学术出版事业的重要组成部分,普通高校社科学报要取得比较优势,就必须强化特色栏目建设,打造品牌栏目,凸显学报特色,提升学报的综合实力和整体学术质量,提高学报的学术影响力和社会知名度。在特色栏目建设中,要科学调研,民主决策,选择可持续发展的特色栏目;要打造一支年富力强、想为能为的编辑队伍;要以特色栏目为纽带,挖掘校内优势学术资源作者队伍,同时破除＂自留地＂思想,拓展校外作者队伍;完善制度建设,为特色栏目建设创造良好条件。同时还要处理好特色栏目与一般栏目的关系等问题。

The Characterized Development of Social Science Journals

As an important part of China＇s academic publishing,if Social Science Journals of colleges and universities wants to obtain a comparative advantage,it must strengthen the construction of characteristic column;take the road of characterized development.In the development of characteristics,we should lay more emphasis on the features of the Journals,enhance the university＇s comprehensive strength and overall academic quality,improve social awareness and academic influence of the Journals.in the process of the characterized development,we should focus on the construction of characteristic column： doing scientific research,making decisions through a democratic process,choosing characteristic column of sustainable development;building a young,energetic and competent editor team,providing manpower to characteristic column;taking characteristic column as a link,seeking for writer cluster in preponderant academic resources,meanwhile,expanding the ranks of outside authors,produce virtuous interaction between the two;improving the system,creating favorable conditions for construction of characteristic column;balancing the features columns and the general columns as well.
