影响新生代农民工社会认同的因素与对策分析

新生代农民工已逐渐成为农民工群体的主流,他们的市民化倾向尤为明显。工资收入水平较低,社会保障制度不健全,城市居民的偏见及新生代农民工自身心理承受能力较弱等因素阻碍了新生代农民工的社会认同,使他们很难融入到城市主流社会。建立公平统一的劳动力市场,健全社会保障制度,引导市民消除对新生代农民工的偏见及农民工自身素质的提高都将有利于他们实现向市民身份的过渡。

Probe into Impact Factor on Social Identity of New Peasant Workers and Strategy

The peasant workers born after the 1980s have become the mainstream of the whole peasant workers.Despite a strong citizenry tendency,they are poorly paid with unsound social security.Besides,citizens＇ prejudices and their weak psychological endurance capability also prevent them from being socially reintegrated.Therefore,this thesis put forward some strategies which aim to establish a fair and unified labor market,amplify the system of social security,guide the citizens to overcome their prejudices and improve the quality of the peasant workers.
