| 摘 要： | 工作机制、组织机构、个人发展动机、实施方式上的前倾现象,对学生党员队伍建设产生诸多不利影响。应遵循高等教育发展规律,按照高校学生党员教育特点,明确端正入党动机、忠于党的事业、树立宗旨观和成才观的要求,在后倾理念指导下,加强学生党员教育管理工作,建立工作规划、理论学习机制、保障工作和实施工作一体的工作机制。

| Abstract: | This thesis points out various adverse impacts to the construction of students＇Party members in university due to the fact that too much emphasis is laid on working system, the organization, motivation of individual development and mode of execution. Under such circumstances, the concept of Backward Concept is put forward to guide the education and management of students＇ Party members in university. |
