内地青少年生涯辅导现状及问题分析

生涯之学,应变之学、谋求人生幸福之学。将生涯辅导贯穿于我国人才培养全过程是一个现实命题。从调查情况来看,我国内地基础教育阶段生涯辅导基本处于＂缺席＂状态;高等教育阶段生涯辅导还只是其初级阶段的＂就业指导＂,这一现状亟待改变。否则,可能的负面影响主要有：阻碍青少年社会化人格的形成,引发教育不公平,导致盲目升学的问题普遍存在,加剧高校学生内心相对剥夺感,带来高校发展危机,从长远来看,还可能对国家核心竞争力造成影响。

The Current Situation and Problems on the Career Guidance of the Adolescence in the Mainland

Studies during lifetime are studies of dealing with changes as well as studies of pursuing happiness.Putting the career guidance through the whole process of the personnel training is a realistic proposition.Seen from the surveys,the career guidance in mainland is nearly in absence.The career guidance of the higher education is merely elementary vocational counsel,which must be changed immediately.Otherwise,there are some possible negative influences： it will impede the form of the social personality;consequently there might be some inequality and problems on getting future education blindly.These will lead to more tense competition and the crisis of the university development.From the long run,it may have some negative impact on the natural competition.
