大学生知识产权教育探析——以山东省大学生知识产权意识调查为基础

调查表明现阶段大学生知识产权意识薄弱,具体表现为：知识产权认知水平偏低、知识产权信仰与尊重感不够、知识产权意识不强。为此,应转变大学生知识产权教育观念,实行专门教育和普及教育并重、课堂教育与课外宣传及实践相结合的教育方式,强化以知识产权意识为主的教育内容,以提高大学生的知识产权意识。

Analysis on the Education of Intellectual Property for College Students

It is shown by surveys that the college students nowadays are lack of sense of intellectual property, the concrete performance of which is as follows ： low cognition of intellectual property, low belief and respect for intellectual property, weak sense of intellectual property. Therefore in order to promote the sense of it amang college students, we should change their education, promote exclusive and education, inside - class and outside - class education as well as practice, and strengthen the education that takes intellectual property as its core.
