| 摘 要： | 在新形势下发挥高校学生信访工作思想政治教育功能,对促进高等教育的改革与发展有重要意义。高校学生信访工作具有信访主体的代表性、信访信息的快散性、信访发生的周期性和信访工作的教育性等特点。高校学生信访工作所内蕴的思想政治教育功能,主要包括保证功能、调节功能、导向功能、激励功能和转化功能,增强这些功能就必须提高对学生信访工作的认识,完善学生信访工作机制和建好信访工作队伍。

| Abstract: | In the new situation,exerting function of the ideological and political education in college students＇ petition work will play an important role in promoting higher education reform and development.Petition work in colleges and universities has the characteristics of representative,fast and casual,periodical,and educational.Function of the ideological and political education in college students＇ petition work includes assurance function,regulation function,orientation function,incentive functions and transformation functions.To Increase these functions must improve understanding of petition work and improve the working mechanism and built petition workforce. |
