我国社区矫正的发展及面临的问题

刑法修正案（八）已于5月1日起正式实施,社区矫正被正式以法律的形式确立下来,这无疑促进了社区矫正工作的发展,但是,我国社区矫正工作当前还存在着社会公众对社区矫正制度的认识存在偏差、非监禁刑适用比例偏低、社区矫正工作主体亟待加强、社区矫正工作机制还不能做到规范运行等问题和制约因素,严重影响着社区矫正工作的发展。
