| 摘 要： | 新形势下群众工作对象、群众工作环境、群众工作内容、群众工作主体出现了许多新变化,公安群众工作理论贫乏、说服力苍白、干部行为失范、政府公信力下降、效能低下等问题较严重。因此,推动公安群众工作创新发展十分重要和紧迫。“三访四见”和“大走访”的公安具体实践,开启了群众工作创新发展的新局面。面对新形势下群众工作的新变化、新问题及困境,结合“三访四见”和“大走访”具体实践及启示,我们应从多个方面着手创新公安群众工作。
