| 摘 要： | 老年笔迹特征相对特异，较正常笔迹书写特征有明显差异，而与临摹笔迹和病理笔迹特征在一定程度上存在相似性，容易导致鉴定结论错误。因此，鉴定人在分析检验老年笔迹时，应合理分析老年笔迹特征和其他类型笔迹特征的异同点。另外，鉴定人在检验中要充分分析检材特征，结合案情掌握大量高质量的比对样本，作出正确判断。
