| 摘 要： | 直面公安"侦鉴合一"命题的种种质疑,就侦查而言,鉴定是其无法割裂的内在品格之一;因此,这一命题的科学性值得斟酌.当前,应对侦查的鉴定机制进行必要的规范,使其能更好地在兼顾公平与正义的前提下为侦查服务.
