| 摘 要： | 要实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,首要的任务是发展生产力。要发展生产力,必须不断地解决生产关系适应生产力,上层建筑适应经济基础这个根本问题。改革必须以“两个适应”为目标,建立适应的动态概念,促使改革不停顿地进行,从而推动生产力的不断发展。

| Abstract: | To realize the goal of the overall construction society of comfortable standard of living, the chief task is to develop productivity. To develop productivity, must solve basic problem production relation meeting productivity, superstructure meets this economic base. Reform must be "two meets" as goal, establish adaptive development concept, make reform not pause. Therefore, promote the unceasing development of productivity. |
