疑似命案处置过程中的问题与对策——以贵州瓮安“6.28”事件和湖北石首“6.19”事件为例

公安机关在处置诸如"瓮安事件"、"石首事件"等疑似命案过程中,存在初查工作不细、事件定性草率、态度粗暴简单、情报信息失灵等问题。为此,要高度重视疑似命案现场的勘查取证工作,同时注意现场处置和群众工作的方式方法,建立信息公开制度等。

Problems in Handling Suspected Homicide Cases and Countermeasures

Public security organs have encountered such problems as careless first investigation,careless characterization,rough attitude and implicit inforation while handling such suspected homicide cases as Weng an Incident and Shishou Incident.Therefore,high attention should be paid to the scene investigation evidence collection work of suspected homicide cases,while attach importance to the ways of handling scene and mass work as well as establish information disclosure system.
