对增强忧患意识提升管理能力的思考

西昌铁路公安处管辖的成昆线中北段经过近几年的综合治理,取得了一定的成绩,也初步走出了"整治、反弹、再整治、再反弹"的怪圈,步入治安管理的良性轨道。对此不能满足现状,要切实增强忧患意识,清醒认识我们面临的压力和挑战,坚决克服"小胜即满、小稳即满"的思想,积极探索适应成昆线治安实际的新路子,全面促进公安工作发展,不断提升维护铁路稳定、确保铁路安全、驾驭复杂治安局势的能力。

Reflections on Enhancing Consciousness of Anxiety and Improving Managerial Capabilities

The mid-north section of Chengdu-Kunming railway,which is ruled by Xichang Railway Bureau of Public Security,has got some achievement and stepped into the good orbit of public order management from the old strange circle "innovate,rebound,re-innovate,rebound again" after the recent years' synthetical administration.We can't be just satisfied with the present situation.We have to enhance our consciousness of anxiety,realize clearly our pressure and challenge,positively probe into new working ways suitable to the public security of Chengdu-Kunming railway,and keep improving our capabilities of maintaining the stability of railway,ensuring railway safety and controlling the complex situation of public security.
