| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代的来临，新闻媒体在政策议程设置中发挥着越来越大的作用。新闻媒体影响着政策议程的设置。在我国政策制定的大环境下，政府应该重视媒体管理，培育成熟的媒体发挥媒体在议程设置中的作用，同时警惕媒体对公众舆论的操纵。
