| 摘 要： | 新的社会治安形势给农村社会治安管理工作带来了许多新课题。农村社会治安防控体系的建设是强化农村社会治安管理工作的重要途径。面对当前农村社会治安防控工作的发展态势及存在的突出问题 ,必须以维护农村治安大局稳定为目标 ,进一步提高对治安防控工作的认识 ,深入开展严打 ,以打促防 ,加强公安防控犯罪机制和社会防控犯罪机制建设 ,不断加强公安基层基础工作 ,从而切实有效地构筑农村社会治安防控体系。

| Abstract: | New situation of social security creates new issue for rural security control. It is an important way to strengthen rural security control by establishing preventative system. To deal with the current situation and problems,the aim should be placed on maintaining the stability of the rural. Moreover,raising the awareness of prevention and carrying out more crackdowns. Finally,designing rural preventive and control system after accelerating the establishment of public security,social preventive and control system. |
