| Abstract: | On December 9th, 2003, Chinese government signed the United Nations Anti - corruption Convention. This paper puts forward some suggestions to coordinate Chinese criminal law with the United Nations Anti - corruption Convention, basing on the discussion of the tendency of international anti - corruption and the differences between Chinese Anti - corruption Criminal Law and the United Nations And - corruption Convention. |
