| 摘 要： | 语言的社会性意义具有广义和狭义的特点。在普通话推广过程中存在着普及语言与地方传统文化冲突的状况。语言文字工作者在工作中应该“把握推普软硬度保留方言文化点，始终坚持社会语言生活主体化与多样化，在普及推广的同时尊重方言的使用价值与文化价值。

| Abstract: | The social significance of language has the features with broad and narrow. There are cultural conflicts between universal language and local traditions during promoting the process in Mandarin. Language workers should grasp the sense of propriety in their work, always adhere to the subjectification and diversity of socio--linguistic life, respect cultural values of dialect while the promotion of universal language. |
