| 摘 要： | 阅卷难,造成律师在审判前不能有效查阅案卷,制约了律师辩护职能的发挥.影响庭审活动的效果,降低了刑事诉讼活动中的人权保障水平。文章对此问题的危害和复杂性进行了进一步的剖析,并提出了一些解决的对策。

| Abstract: | Go over examination papers difficult,lead to the fact lawyer can consult the files effectively before trying,restrain lawyer from plead full play of the function.Influence the result of the court's trial activity,the human rights reduced in the criminal suit activity ensures competence.I have carried on the further analysis to danger and complexity of this question;have proposed the countermeasure of some settlement. |
