| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的十六大党章,以新的角度,新的视觉提出了"三个代表",规定了党的性质和宗旨,"三个代表"是对中国共产党作为革命党的历史实践和作为执政党的现实性的高度概括和科学总结.中国共产党的诞生和八十年的历史,充分证明了中国共产党的"三个代表"的真实性和忠实性."三个代表"最伟大的现实性,就在于要从新的角度,辩证地形成了一个科学的完整的党建体系,从而解决了作为执政党如何建党的重要课题."三个代表"是中国共产党性质和宗旨的集中体现.

| Abstract: | The new 16th Party Constitution brought forward "Three Represents" in a new point of view, which are the scientific summary of Chinese Party's histo rical and realistic practice. The 80 years of practice proved its authenticity and loyalty. And the greatest point for "Three Represents" is that they have formed a new and scientific party-building system so that the topic for building a party is solved. "Three Represents" are collective embodiment of CCP's characters and tenets. |
