| 摘 要： | 中日两国的近代史有很多相似之处,都经历了西方列强的武力入侵和西方思想的灌输,但是最终对于宪政思想的接纳和消化结果却差异很大,通过两国的宪政思想发展脉络的简要比较分析,可总结出我国宪政思想继受失败的几个重要原因,并通过对这些原因的分析进而探究中国宪政思想发展的内在动力和正确的发展趋势.
