The U.S. Factor in South China Sea Issue

The United States is the country that has exerted the greatest influences on South China Sea outside the region. During the Cold War,the United States had mainly taken a non-intervention and non-declaration Policy of neutrality. Since the end of the Cold War,the United States began to pay attention to South China Sea,and gradually adopted a clear political and military intervention. U.S. intervention increased the complexity of South China Sea and difficulty for China to resolve it.
