| Abstract: | There are some defects in our present internal defence system.We are facing many new problems in practice.Police internal defence sections should change sense,comply with the demands of the reform,change the functions radically,take flexible administrative means which adapt to the demands of market economy.Excellent service should be paid more attention as well strengthening management. |
