The individual management of public security organization is a new principle and model of manage-ment.Nowadays,some experts are putting more attention to this issue,because that some problems take place nowand then.Lots of researches and theories,which are concerned about the foundation of personal behavior and person-ality, have been formed and developed in the modern organizational behavior and management.These theories wouldmake a difference in improving individual management of our public security organization.How to make these con-cerned theories true is very important.There are some scientific and effective methods in the last part of this article.
