| 摘 要： | 无独立请求权第三人是极容易在司法中被忽略的诉讼主体 ,其诉讼地位的模糊性往往导致其合法的权益受到侵害。本文有基于此 ,从无独立请求权第三人参加诉讼的条件、方式展开论述 ,进而引出对其诉讼地位的探讨 ,认为其是以准当事人的身份参加诉讼 ,因而获得与此身份相应各项权利保护。 |
