| 摘 要： | 我国宪法修正案第十八条规定 ,在宪法序言中增加“政治文明”的内容。从宪法原则与政治文明的联系看 ,政治文明的内容是宪法原则的体现 ,依法而治是政治文明的标志 ,依宪行事是政治文明的核心。

| Abstract: | Article 18 of the constitutional amendments regulates to add political civilization to paragraph 7 in the preface of our constitution. The content of political civilization embodies the constitutional principle. To govern on the strength of the law is the symbol of political civilization, and to act on the strength of the constitution is the core of political civilization. |
