| 摘 要： | 我国对地方政府能力评价的研究处于刚刚起步阶段。科学合理的地方政府能力评价指标体系的建构,应当借鉴外国的经验。政府要把社会管好,首先要保证自身的良性发展。政府能力评价应体现“结果导向”与“满意原则”。
