| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是经济社会发展的必然要求,因为所处的经济社会发展阶段不同,面临的环境、碰到的问题、要达到的目标都不同,在我国发展循环经济有着鲜明的中国特色,在广西北部湾经济区发展循环经济更有着鲜明的区域特色.我们只有认真研究,在区域特色的基础上,克服发展中的障碍,才能实现广西北部湾经济区的科学发展.
