| 摘 要： | 高速公路行人交通事故是发生在高速公路上的由行人负主要责任以上的交通事故。寻找高速公路行人交通事故等级高、类型单一等主要特点和行人交通事故的一般规律,从人民群众的根本利益出发,依靠全社会进行综合治理,杜绝高速公路行人交通事故,推动高速公路交通管理工作的新发展。

| Abstract: | The highway pedestrian traffic accident is a traffic accident happen on highway and pedestrian paying more responsibility for it. Finding main features of it such as serious in grade and single in type and the general regulation of it. Putting forward the proposal to start from the essential benefit of people, depending on comprehensive control by the whole society, preventing highway pedestrian traffic accident, promoting the new development of traffic management job on highway. |
