| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对我国社会的稳定肯定存在影响。这种影响一方面来自于经济全球化对全球所造成的不稳定 ,同时 ,还在于它促进我国社会结构的演变 ,传导一种“亚”文化的观念 ,冲击现有的社会体制 ,挑战现行的法治环境。其中有些因素与我国内部原本存在的不良现象 ,有可能“共鸣” ,更容易引起问题的发生。
