摘    要:委任制与选举制是我国干部选拔任用的两种主要方式,建党伊始,它们就一道写入了党章,促进了干部事业的发展壮大。回顾其历史演变过程,分析两者的利弊得失,有助于进一步深化新形势下的干部人事制度改革和建设一支高素质的干部队伍,进而为中国特色社会主义现代化事业的发展提供坚实的人才保障和智力支持。

Abstract:The appointment system and electoral system are two main ways of selecting and appointing cadres in China.Since the founding of the CPC,they were enshrined in the Party Constitution and promoted the development and growth of cadre team.Looking back at history and analyzing for advantages and disadvantages of these two systems are conducive to further deepening reform of the cadre and personnel system and training high-caliber cadres under new situation so as to provide sound intellectual support and talent guarantee for developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.
