| 摘 要： | 当代中国工人阶级在改革开放新时期经受了巨大冲击和震荡。关注他们的社会命运,追踪其历史流变轨迹,探讨其未来可能的走向,构成理论研究不可或缺的问题域和内容。本文以时间为线索,分三个历史阶段,对当代中国工人阶级结构变化的理论成果进行综述,在理清其基本脉络的基础上进行总结和反思,希望以此为契机,推动相关理论研究进一步走向深入。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up,Contemporary Chinese working class had a tremendous shock and change.Therefore,the theoretical research on Chinese working class should include that,paying attention to the social fate of Chinese working class;tracing its historical course;exploring its possible future direction.This paper divides the change in Chinese working class into three historical stages in chronological order,sums up research results on the structural change in Chinese working class and clarifies its development skeleton so as to promote the related theoretical research. |
