| Abstract: | From a perspective of deliberative democracy,this paper analyses the existing characteristics of the CPPCC and its indispensable institutional development and raises some thoughts about institutional development of the CPPCC:the values of deliberative democracy is always in line with the CPPCC’s;the practical results that deliberative democracy pursues have a concrete manifestation in the institutional development of the CPPCC;the widely discussion that deliberative democracy triggers provides a basis of public opinion for the reform of the CPPCC. |
