| Abstract: | With the wide spread of subprime lending crisis of the US,the legal risk of asset-securitization in China should not be neglected. In recognizing the value of safety in asset-securitization and setting up a risk separating mechanism,it is necessary to keep in mind the legal risk of asset-securitization by its own deficits. |
