The Study on Joint Defence Work of Border Forces Substation with the People

People joint defence work is a people＇s organization work that need the supervision of local government and police,its main purpose is giving assistance to police on maintaining the public order. In current policing reform,it is important for the people joint defence work to maintain the public order,it has become the main assistant power of the public order maintenance. Through the study oo joint work of border forces substation with the people,the thesis analyses the main characteristics,state and organization condition of it,and discusses the future development and the problem that will appear in the people joint defence work.
