| 摘 要： | 西部大开发战略使西部非国有经济的发展获得了许多优势和发展机遇,同时也存在一些主客观的制约因素。只有充分认识和发挥积极因素,摆脱或清除不利因素,西部的私有经济才能迅速发展,国家的西部大开发战略才能获得预想的效果。

| Abstract: | The strategy of great developing in western regions has brought about quite a fewadvantages and chances of development for the business of private sector.Meanwhile,there are some restraining factors both subjectively and objectively.Only sufficiently recognizing the active factors and giving full play to them or eliminating those unbeneficial factors,could the economy in private sector be rapidly developed,and the state's strategy of great developing in western regions achieve the expected effects. |
