| 摘 要： | 从国家软实力概念的提出开始，对其进行了历史与现代的多角度解读。着重分析了国家软实力构成要素中的三个关键词之一——文化在国家软实力当中的地位和作用，并对文化软实力的作用机制进行了探讨。软实力由文化思想出发，最终落脚在对文化思想的执行力上。
