| 摘 要： | 由于斯大林认为新经济政策只是一种权宜之计,不承认列宁晚期的社会主义思想是列宁主义的基本内容,在实践中按照自己的意愿发挥和曲解新经济政策,最后完全抛弃列宁晚年的社会主义理论。
