| 摘 要： | 体育社会关系的法律调整是现代法治社会的重要内涵,基于法律调整的相对稳定性和社会生活的无限多样性,在我国体育产业化过程中不可避免地出现了若干法律问题。本文通过对这些问题产生原因、具体特点的初步考察,提出完善我国体育法制工作的几点建议。

On the Development of Industrialization of Gym and Consummation of Gym Legal System |

| Abstract: | Regulating social relationship of gym by legal is a important content of modern legal society. Some legal issues arise during the course of the industrialization of gym. By rudimental review of reasons and characters of these issues, the discourse raises some proposals of the consummation of gym legal system. |
