Dress of the Malay

Dress is one of the important characters to distinguish Muslim with other religions. The pattern of the Muslim dress is rich and colorful because they are influenced by local culture, traditions and social circumstances and Islamic teaching. The main purpose of this paper is to describe and introduce the dress of the Malay Muslims in their daily life. The author also expects to indicate the diversity of human culture and reflect how local political surroundings influence people's daily dressing.
