10例单纯型脑干损伤

<正> 拳击头面部造成脑干损伤而突然死亡。国内除有个别案例报导外,尚缺乏病理组织学检查。由于损伤仅限于脑干,肉眼检查无明显出血,易造成漏诊。现将我们尸解的材料,结合文献探讨这种脑干损伤的机理与特点,供法医工作者参考。

MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ON 10 CASES OF INJURY TO BRAIN STEM IN TRAUMA

In 10 cases of sudden death which head and face were hit with fists, the cadaveric examination shown that no nakedeye lesion was found in brain at autopsy. While discoveries under a microscope were as follows. (1) Local contusion and hemorrhage in periphery of brain stem; (2) Local hemorrhage and diffuse oedema in brain substance; (3) Injuries and hemorrhage in cranial nerve and its roots; (4) Early axonal injuies. We analyse mechanism of the injury andinvesstigate relation between injuries to the brain stem and death. We believe that axonal injuries and oblongatal oedema in 10 cases are essential cause of death.
