| 摘 要： | 新世纪公安新闻传播的人文精神在于其正义性，激浊扬清，扬善惩恶，以及对弱势群体的关怀与保护；公安新闻传播的人文精神还在于其为人民群众提供有效服务．合理地满足人民群众的知情权，以及其平民性与亲和性。新世纪公安新闻传播强调人文精神，要把实现最广大人民的根本利益作为出发点和落脚点，始终坚持尊重人、理解人、关。人。进一步加大公平公正、诚信友爱的传播力度，使正义与和谐的理念成为全警全社会的重要价值取向。

| Abstract: | The humanism of news disseminate of public security in the new century,firstly,lies in the justice,the praise of good and honesty,the punishing of the wicked,as well as the protection of the weak group.Secondly,close to common people,it provides effective service for people,helps to realize people's rights in the know.In essence,the humanism of news disseminate of public security in new century demands realizing fundamental interests of the vast majority of people,helping form justice and harmony into an important concept of value in all police and society. |
