试论地方党校教学科研工作的定位和重心

党校教学科研的定位是由其性质和任务的特殊性决定的。党校教学内容由思想政治动员、知识能力补充、党性锻炼修养三方面组成,而党校科研则要从与宣传部门、一般公共研究机构、党政部门内设研究机构的区别和联系中定位。党校教学科研的重心应放在对党的地方执政能力的战略性反思上,放在跟踪和论证党委重大战略决策上。

On the Evaluation and Focus of the Teaching and Scientific Research Work of Local Party School

The evaluation of the teaching and scientific research work of the Party school is determined by its nature and its special task. The teaching content of the Party school includes ideological and political mobilization, supply of knowledge and abilities and the training and accomplishment of Party spirit; while the evaluation of the scientific research work of the Party school centers round both the differences and relations between the propaganda department, general public research organ and the internal research organs of the Party and government departments. The focus of the teaching and scientific research work of the Party school should be on the strategic reflection of Party's ability to rule locally and the tracing and proving of the Party committee's policy-making.
