| 摘 要： | 公共服务型政府作为对于促进经济社会协调发展和社会现代化具有普遍意义。通过对公共服务型政府特征和内涵的分析,探讨了公共服务型政府对于经济社会发展的促进作用及其表现,指出迈向公共服务型政府的途径及主要特征,包括促进社会和谐、合理的社会分化、推进政治文明三个主要方面,为国家和地方建设及完善公共服务型政府提供了方法和思路。

| Abstract: | The public service government is of universal significance for the promotion of economic and social development and social modernization.Based on the analysis of characteristics and content of the public service government,the author discusses the public service of government＇s role in promoting economic and social development and its performance,points out the access to the public service government and its main features,including the promotion of social harmony,reasonable social differentiation,and political civilization,and provides methods and ideas for the state and local construction and improvement of the public service government. |
