建立劳动关系大协调格局 发挥工会维护社会稳定的作用

工会是劳动关系矛盾的产物。发挥工会在协调劳动关系中的作用，把“对抗”变为“合作共赢”，从而把工会建设成为维护社会稳定的重要力量，是“主动、科学、依法”落实中国特色维权观的具体体现，是建设中国特色的社会主义工会道路的必然要求。本文从天津开发区工会实践出发，探讨如何通过建立劳动关系大协调格局，实现工会维护职工合法权益的基本职责，发挥工会在维护社会稳定中的积极作用。

To Create a Consulted Condition of Working Relationship and Play the Stable Role of Trade Unions

The trade union is a product of conflict between the laborers and the employers. The function of trade unions is in the coordination of laborer - employer. It would reduce conflicts and result in a win - win situation, thus transforming the trade union into an organization that helps to maintain social harmony. It should be an ＂active, scientific and legal＂ organization which embodies the notion of guarding rights with the Chinese characteristics, and it is also a necessary requirement to build trade unions with Chinese special characteristics. This article sprouts from the experience of Tianjin developing areas, discusses on how to create a consulted condition of working relationship, realizing borers, utilizing the role of trade union the responsibility of trade union in protecting the legal rights of the lain preserving social harmony.
