| 摘 要： | 2004年9月,公安部部署对全国公安机关治安员队伍进行专项清理以来,元谋县认真开展治安员队伍专项清理工作,并结合实际,积极探索取消治安员后,如何加强保安队伍建设、积极发展保安服务业、推进公共安全服务产业化,发挥保安业对维护社会治安、维护公共安全的作用作了积极探索和取得阶段性成果。

| Abstract: | Public Security Ministry of China assigned all the public security agencies to reorganize the security staff in September of 2004.Yuanmou Local Public Security Bureau has gained achievements in the work.The bureau has made more efforts in the work and has been discussing how to reinforce the security service,how to develop the security business after some security assistant staff are fired. |
