| 摘 要： | 在发展社会主义市场经济的条件下 ,工人阶级的文化建设不仅是维护工人阶级合法权益的要求 ,而且是加强党的阶级基础、执政基础的要求。搞好工人阶级的文化建设 ,一是必须要有主导思想和非主导思想之分 ,且二者不可“易位” ;二是要牢固树立科学的价值观 ,坚持正确的理想、信念不动摇 ;三要以先进的文化建设自己的队伍 ,培养具有时代特色的“四有”公民 ;四要明确工人阶级文化建设的难点

| Abstract: | In the development of a socialist market economy, the culture construction of the Chinese working class is not only a requirement of protecting the working classes' legitimate rights and interests, but also a requirement of strengthening the Party's class and ruling bases We should separate dominant idea from non-dominant idea, and these two ideas cannot exchange We should have scientific values and adhere to correct ideal and concepts We should also construct our own ranks using the advanced culture and train citizens with era characteristics We should clear difficult points of the culture construction of the working class |
