In the process of construction of ecological province in Fujian Province, it has significant achievements, but problems still exist, these problems will become the bottleneck restricting the development of economy and society in Fujian province. Improving of ecological environment needs to strengthen construction of ecological culture, and construction of ecological culture needs positive action of the government, enterprises and citizens, to take positive measures from the aspects of ecological awareness, ecological system and ecological behavior.
