| 摘 要： | 伴随上海向国际性大城市发展的过程,刑事犯罪也出现了许多新的变化和发展.上海刑事侦查工作必须正确认识特大型城市刑事犯罪特点,把握城市犯罪发展规律.公安刑侦部门应加快机制创新,构建现代刑侦警务工作机制和系统工程,进一步提高对城市犯罪的打控能力.

| Abstract: | With the development of international city of Shanghai, the crime has presented a serial of new characteristics and transformations. Crime investigation division of Shanghai should correctly understand the characteristics of crime in great city and grasp the development rules of crime in city. Crime investigation division of police organ must mend its pace to construct modern policing system of crime investigation and improve the ability of control crime in city. |
